The main entrance / hallway  leads to a lovely open plan dining and living room.  Perfect for relaxing with sofas, seating in bay window looking out to Loch Obbe and wood burning stove for serene evenings.  Downstairs there is also a shower room with toilet off the entrance hall. Downstairs there is a lcd tv, i-pod docking, dvd/blue ray player, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, air to air heating

Upstairs there is a  marble tiled bathrooms with under floor heating with a Jacuzzi/toilet/washbasin.

There are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with king-size bed, 2nd double bedroom and 3rd: a large versatile ‘3 singles’ or ‘1 king size and 1 single bed bedroom. A cot and high chair are available upon request. 

You can see the ferry to the Uists coming in from the master bedroom. At the back of the large garden there is a picnic table where you can enjoy the breathtaking sea views over the Sound of Harris with its myriads of islands between Harris and North Uist.
